Does this sound like you?

  • "Will I lose my doctors?"
  • "What will this really cost me each year?"
  • "What if I pick wrong and I'm stuck with it?"
  • "Everyone who calls wants to sell me something today."

You are not behind. Medicare is confusing for almost everyone. You deserve one calm, clear answer from a real person who knows your name.

Meet Mary Lee

Mary will share a true story here soon: how one side-by-side check helped a woman keep the doctor she trusted.

Mary Lee is Calrima's Senior Representative for Medicare, and co-author of Retire with Confidence.

Two main paths. We help you pick.

Medicare Advantage (Part C)

  • An all-in-one plan from a private insurance company approved by Medicare.
  • Often includes drug coverage.
  • Usually uses a network of doctors and hospitals.
  • You pay copays as you use care.

Medicare Supplement (Medigap)

  • Works alongside Original Medicare.
  • Helps pay costs Original Medicare does not.
  • See any doctor in the U.S. who takes Medicare.
  • Usually a higher monthly cost, plus a separate drug plan (Part D).

Neither path is right for everyone. The right one depends on your doctors, your prescriptions, your budget and how you like to get care.

No. Calrima is a licensed insurance agency. We are not connected with Medicare or any government agency.

Does your help cost anything?

No. We are paid by the insurance companies we represent. Your premium is the same whether you use us or not.

Will you call me without asking?

No. We only reach out because you asked us to. You can stop emails or texts at any time.

Can I keep my doctors?

That depends on the plan. That is why we check your doctors before you choose anything.

We do not offer every plan available in every area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options.
